CFP Tokenization
CFP’s Tokenization is the process through which our film investments are broken down into discrete units that are called tokens. These tokens, valued at N100,000 each, serve as a representation of the investor’s contribution to the CFP Act-3 Fund.
Minimum Purchase
Investors can engage with a minimum investment of 5 tokens.
Contract & Certificate
Upon the purchase of tokens, investors receive a contract and certificate outlining their participation in the project.
Trading Restrictions
Tokens cannot be traded or transferred.

Maturity Period

Fees
Administrative Fee: CFP imposes a 5% administrative fee on the total token value.
Backend Fee: After maturity, a 30% backend fee is charged on each token, ensuring a fair return for both the investor and CFP.
